OTB has completed the forward sale of Green Leaves Wanneroo ahead of commencing construction. Green Leaves Wanneroo is a 83 place centre and our senconf development with Green Leaves. The forward sale reflects not only strong industry fundamentals but also the market’s view of Green Leaves as a strong tenant providing an attractive covenant.
