OTB has delivered a $4.7 million Vibe Service Station on the corner of Morley Drive and Wellington Road, Morley Western Australia. With strong passing traffic and good access from Morley Drive we expect this site to trade very strongly.
We worked closely with Vibe Petroleum (the operator of the site) to delivered the project to their specification. Vibe is the largest independently owned fuel retailer in WA.
We are delighted to see the opening of a business to create jobs and contribute to the local economy.
