The City Of Kalgoorlie has approved OTB Developments’ development application for a 92 place childcare centre on Porter Street, Kalgoorlie CBD. The centre will be operated by YMCA who already has a strong operational presence in the city.
Our market analysis and community feedback indicate a sever undersupply of childcare places in Kalgoorlie. We are excited to be working with YMCA to assist parents looking to return to the local workforce by providing a much-needed service. We expect construction of the project to commence in Q4 of this calendar year.
