We are excited to announce that our 82 place childcare development in Brabham has received development approval. The centre will be operated by YMCA, whom we are working with to grow their childcare business.
Brabham is part of the Swan Valley Growth Corridor, being one of the highest population growth areas in metropolitan Perth. Our market analysis indicates that Brabham is currently undersupplied by childcare operators. The strong population growth outlook together with the strategic location of our site are strong catalysts for the development.
We expect construction of the project to commence in Q4 of this calendar year.
